Susan received her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and Master’s degree in Education from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. Sue spent six early teaching years learning in the deaf culture, at Texas School for the Deaf, in Austin Texas. After many adventures and moves across the country, she has returned to her native home state of Massachusetts to continue the adventures. Sue brings years of teaching experience, mostly at the middle level, and is licensed in Massachusetts as a reading specialist, special educator, and English teacher. Sue believes that when provided with a caring and supportive environment, students will always rise to the highest of expectations.
